1 Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for the following valid reasons:
Refundable: Technical failure, duplicate payment, or unauthorized transaction (with proof).
2 Non-Refundable Cases
Important: Once the download link is accessed, products are non-refundable.
- Products once downloaded cannot be refunded
- Change of mind after purchase
- Requests made after 7 days
- Fraudulent or illegal activities detected
3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@dsaowner.in with:
- Your order ID and payment ID
- Proof of payment (screenshot or receipt)
- Reason for refund with details
Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
4 Processing Timeline
- Request submitted → Reviewed (3-5 days)
- Approved → Refund initiated
- Refund credited within 5-7 business days
Total time: 7-12 business days from request date.
5 Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Wallet: 3-5 business days
6 Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order before download — full refund
- Once downloaded, cancellation is not possible
